Recurrent Road Bottleneck Detection via Causal Origin-Victim Attribution
A fully automated, city-general pipeline that separates the roads that cause congestion from the far larger number merely backed up behind them. On a 30-day Hyderabad deployment, only 16.4% of congested road-segments are causal origins, reducing a naive slow-road map 6.1x to 124 recurring bottleneck sites. No cameras, no per-city code.
