These terms govern your use of trafficure.com and the services offered by Lepton Software Export & Research Pvt. Ltd. ("Lepton", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, you agree to these terms.

The service

TraffiCure is a traffic intelligence platform that provides real-time road speed data, congestion alerts, and analytics to city traffic departments and related agencies. Our website also offers free public tools (Commute Cost Calculator, Best Time to Leave) built on the same data.

Free tools

• The free tools on trafficure.com are provided as-is for informational purposes only.
• Estimates are based on historical road speed averages and may differ from actual conditions on any given day.
• Do not rely on tool outputs for safety-critical decisions. Always follow live traffic conditions and local traffic laws.
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the tools at any time.

Data accuracy

Traffic data is sourced from Google's Roads Management Insights programme and our own analytics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is error-free or reflects real-time conditions at any specific moment. Data is aggregated over historical periods and may not capture sudden events (accidents, road closures, weather).

Acceptable use

• You may use the website and tools for personal, educational, or professional purposes.
• You may not scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically access the tools or APIs beyond normal individual use.
• You may not use the service to compete with TraffiCure or to resell the data.
• You may not misrepresent tool outputs as official government data or as your own proprietary analysis.

Intellectual property

All content on trafficure.com — including text, design, code, data visualisations, and the TraffiCure brand — is owned by Lepton Software. You may share tool results and screenshots with attribution ("Source: TraffiCure, trafficure.com") but may not reproduce or redistribute content at scale.

Third-party services

Our tools use Google Maps Platform APIs. Your use of those features is also subject to Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. We use Google Analytics for website analytics under Google's terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lepton Software is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, tools, or platform. This includes — but is not limited to — decisions made based on traffic data or tool outputs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
